The NFU Mutual Community Giving Fund (CGF) was set up in 2005 to support community initiatives and charitable events, as well as to help boost staff fundraising initiatives.
The Fund supports community initiatives that help to:
- Connect the community; reduce social isolation, encourage resilience
- Provide care and support to the vulnerable
- Relieve poverty; improve health and wellbeing
Local Community Projects Funding is offered to organisations supporting people in need. Any not for profit organisation can apply, however, larger organisations with a turnover in excess of £300,000 will be unsuccessful. Continue reading “Greggs Foundation Local Community Projects Fund”
Grants of between £500 and £10,000 per year to Christian Charities that encourage social inclusion through ministries of healing and the arts.
Funds for clubs across the UK…
Sports clubs are able to apply for grants of between £500 and £1,000 to improve facilities, purchase new equipment, gain coaching qualifications, and invest in the sustainability of their club.
The CAF Tourle Foundation Fund seeks to award grants to local charitable organisations delivering services for local people in all parts of the UK. This 10 year programme is funded through the generosity of a £4.5m legacy left for CAF to distribute for this purpose.

Greggs Foundation fund projects that improve the physical environment in a way that also benefits the wider community.
They have seven local charity committees which meet regularly throughout England, Scotland and Wales to review applications and award grants.
They offer grants of up to £2,000 and concentrate on helping existing not for profit organisations to deliver new projects. Organisations may only apply once per calendar year for this grant. Continue reading “Greggs Foundation”
